Capabilities
CNC Machining
At D&D Enterprises, our CNC machining capabilities combine advanced technology with decades of experience to deliver precision parts across multiple industries. With 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling, we can produce everything from straightforward components to highly complex geometries that demand simultaneous machining. Our team is skilled in working with a wide range of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, super alloys, and engineering plastics, while maintaining the tight tolerances required for aerospace and defense applications. By leveraging advanced CAM programming and high-speed machining strategies, we minimize cycle times and maximize efficiency, ensuring that every part we produce meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

CNC Turning
Our CNC turning department is built for speed, accuracy, and flexibility. We operate multi-axis lathes with live tooling, which allows us to reduce setups and produce complex features in a single operation. Whether it’s bar-fed runs for high-volume production or chucking operations for larger, more specialized parts, we have the equipment and expertise to handle the job. For small, intricate, high-precision components, our Swiss turning capabilities make it possible to hold micron-level tolerances consistently. From prototype parts to full-scale production runs, D&D Enterprises delivers turned components that meet the strict requirements of industries where failure is not an option.
Equipment & Capabilities:
- Multi-axis lathes with live tooling
- Swiss turning machines for small, complex, high-precision parts
- Bar-fed and chucking operations
Precision:
- Micron-level tolerances
- Critical aerospace/defense components
Efficiency:
- Reduced setups with live tooling
- Dual Spindles for parts complete in a single operation

Assembly and
Value-Added Services
At D&D Enterprises, we extend our precision machining expertise into mechanical assembly, giving our customers a streamlined, value-added solution. By integrating machined parts with hardware and fasteners, we deliver ready-to-use assemblies that significantly reduce the burden on your supply chain. Instead of managing multiple suppliers, POs, invoices, and inventory line items, you receive a single finished assembly directly from us. This approach not only simplifies purchasing and tracking but also saves time in your production schedule, since our team handles the assembly work before it ever reaches your floor. To ensure complete solutions, we coordinate trusted finishing services — from anodizing to plating and coatings — providing a single-source partner from raw material to finished assembly, backed by full documentation and traceability.
Mechanical assembly:
- Subassemblies and complex builds
- Integration of machined parts, hardware, and fasteners
Customer value:
- Fewer components to order, track, receive, invoice, and stock
- Simplified supply chain management
- Reduced time in the customer’s production schedule
Finishing partnerships:
- Heat Treat, anodizing, plating, and other coatings coordinated by D&D
- Single-source solution from raw material to finished assembly
Quality Assurance
At D&D Enterprises, quality and compliance are non-negotiable. Our AS9100 certified quality management system ensures every part we deliver meets the strictest standards of performance and reliability. We are also ITAR registered, and hold both an FFL (Federal Firearms License) and SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) certification, allowing us to support customers in the aerospace, defense, and firearms industries with complete confidence and compliance.
Our inspection capabilities include CMM verification, in-process inspections, and First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 requirements, ensuring precision from prototype to production. Every order comes with Certificates of Conformance, material traceability, and process certifications, guaranteeing compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Beyond inspection, we focus on continuous improvement — monitoring delivery, quality performance, and corrective actions to drive consistent results.
Our mission is simple: deliver compliant, defect-free parts on time, every time.
